Bread Pudding

If you want to make use of your 2-3 days old left over bread, better turn it into a bread pudding.  It is so easy to do it.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour or steambake

Recipe:

3 cups bread in cube shape (make sure the bread is squeezed moderately in the cup)
1 can condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup water
1 egg (optional)
a handful of mini chocolates (optional)

Procedure:
1.  Soak bread with milk and water in a bowl for 10 mins.
2.  Add vanilla and beat when bread softens.
2.  Prepare 17 cm square tin if you want to have a thin sheet of bread pudding.  Grease the tin and line the base with baking paper.
3. Preheat oven in 340 F.
4. Beat egg with the use of fork and add in the mixture.
5. Sprinkle with chocolates.  Mix a little and place in the molding pan/tin.
6. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
